Shipping Information
Shipped by our Supplier: Most merchandise shipped directly from the supplier is shipped within 7-14 days; however, personalized items may take longer. The delivery time required by the supplier(s) will be noted for these items. Depending on the issuing bank, your credit card may show an authorization hold at the time of your online order. Your account will be charged at the time your item(s) ship.
U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx Ground
We normally ship warehoused items within 2 workdays.
Note: Items indicating, "U.S. customs charges may be applied," are shipped from our overseas warehouses.
U.S. Postal Priority (usually air) Charges shown at bottom of product page
Priority shipping is available on many items, for a small upcharge shown on the product's page. Select the priority mail checkbox on the product's page if you are interested in faster shipping upon item availability.
Note: Due to postal limitations, priority mail is not available everywhere. We recommend using it only for items being sent to a U.S. zip code address. There is no need to select priority shipping for items being sent to addresses within the APO system as mail is routinely sent the quickest route possible.

Shipped by UPS or Freight. Items using this shipping method can only be shipped to CONUS addresses.
Note: Orders must include recipient's street address (no P.O. box or General Delivery addresses) and daytime phone number.
