In-Store Refund Policy

Have an item to return? Your satisfaction is important to us. Most customers can visit their local Exchange, where friendly associates can quickly process most returns and refunds, or assist with product replacements. Veterans who registered for Exchange online shopping privileges through VetVerify.org can return shopmyexchange.com merchandise by mail or by calling 1-800-527-2345 for assistance.


An even exchange or refund can be made within 90 days, except as follows :

 
  • 30 days: Jewelry, watches, sunglasses, camcorders, televisions, digital cameras, furniture, mattresses, gas-powered equipment (must be completely empty of hazardous substances at the time of the return), and DLATS (government-issue clothing).
  • Exceptions to this policy include all alcoholic beverages must be returned within 30 days from the day of purchase with receipt. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on wines that have been previously chilled or allowed to become overheated. Beers and sodas must be in their original packaging (no singles). Special orders of wine, spirits, beer, and unused beer kegs cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • 15 days: Computers, tablets, GPS units and the following unopened items: software/peripherals, iPods and prerecorded music/videos/video games.
  • Non-refundable: Gift cards; prepaid music, wireless and phone cards; opened iPods; AirPods; all in ear headphones; personalized items; special orders; firearms; and ammunition; pre-owned Handbags; and pre-owned Rolex watches.
  • The Exchange reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy.


Major Appliances (fulfilled by Home Depot): Items cannot be exchanged or returned in-store. Before a customer accepts delivery of major appliance products (including refrigeration appliances, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers and some microwaves), they should be inspected for defects or damage. If any exists, you may notify the driver about damages for options and refuse delivery if you do not want the damaged product. Once delivery is accepted, the product may be returned if the defects and/or damage are identified and reported to The Home Depot by calling (800) 455-3869 within 48 hours of delivery.


Missed Deliveries: If a customer does not accept a delivery within 30 days of the unit(s) arriving at the delivery facility, the order will be cancelled and the unit(s) will be returned.


For used major appliances or major appliance returns outside of the return period, the manufacturer’s warranty may apply. See your owner’s manual for specific product details and proper handling.


Pre-owned Handbags: Items purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned in-store. All online order return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a return. If you wish to return your order you must call Marque Luxury customer service at (844) 562-7783. You will need to provide your name, order number, email, and phone number and within 1 business day you will receive a call back along with a return label emailed to you. Merchandise must have all tags attached, including the security tag, to qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. We photograph and document all conditions at the time of packaging orders to verify the return condition. Merchandise will be returned to the vendor who will then authenticate and authorize the return. If for any reason the return is denied, the merchandise will be returned to the customer. All returns, once received by the vendor and authenticated, will be processed within 2 business days.


Pre-owned Rolex Watches: Items purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned in-store. All online order return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a return. If you wish to return your order you must call WLXT Luxury customer service at (732) 906-7979. Merchandise must have all tags attached, including the security tag as well as the winder and all components to qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. We photograph and document all conditions at the time of packaging orders to verify the return condition. Merchandise will be returned to the vendor who will then authenticate and authorize the return. If for any reason the return is denied, the merchandise will be returned to the customer. All returns, once received by the vendor and authenticated, will be processed within 2 business days.


If a customer requests a refund with a sales receipt, a refund will be made (in the same form of payment as original purchase or Exchange gift card). For refund requests without a sales receipt, a merchandise card equal to the amount of the merchandise is offered.


Once the customer has owned the merchandise longer than the period of time specified and experiences a problem, the manufacturer's warranty provides customer protection. In those cases, as well, the manufacturer requires a sales receipt for proof of purchase and warranty start date.
